Yang Enterprises was founded as an engineering consulting firm in 1986 by Dr. Tyng-Lin (Tim) Yang. In 1993, Mrs. Li-Woan (Lee) Yang assumed management and ownership of the company. Since then, YEI has provided top quality, award-winning services and products in support of the U.S. Space Program/NASA, the Department of Defense, and many Fortune 500 companies.

YEI is a high technology, woman-owned, small disadvantaged company that is financially secure, debt-free, and successful in meeting its business objectives. Our business focuses on Applied Engineering and Information Technology services. Our applied engineering services encompass design and analysis, environmental engineering, test and evaluation, logistics, architecture, and construction management. We provide IT solutions that include a broad range of professional services. These services include the application of electronic document management systems (EDMS) and computerized maintenance management systems. YEI is a General Services Administration (GSA) Advantage member for IT services (GS35F-0896N), professional engineering services (PES) (GS-10F-0107Y), and worldwide logistics (Logworld) (GS-10F-0135Y). Additionally, since 2000, we have partnered with the State of Florida Department of Management Services (973-561-010-1) as a pre-approved IT services provider for delivering IT services. These services include analysis and design, development and integration, operations and support, and staff augmentation. We provide similar services for Miami-Dade County (ABCW0500064).
