Business Management Support Specialist
Oviedo, Fl
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing and a minimum of 5 years experience.

Job Description: Manage all aspects of Business activities, including Purchasing, Billing, Invoicing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payrolls, Contract Negotiations, Marketing & Human Resources.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High sense of urgency and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Reading, Writing and Speaking both English & Spanish is required
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts using accounting software and other programs
  • Ensure payments owed by the company to suppliers and other creditors, paying vendor invoices or bills in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
  • Process purchase orders, via prices, terms of payment and other charges from paperwork received

Office Manager
Oviedo, Fl
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years experience in related work

Job Description: Responsible for accomplishing a wide variety of administrative tasks and accounting procedures.

Qualifications: Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Knowledge of computer and Microsoft software packages. Excellent organizational skills, including scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to managers and other assigned staff to include maintenance of office files, records, and calendars
  • Respond to routine telephone requests which have standard answers; refer calls and visitors to appropriate staff
  • As instructed, maintain supervisor's calendar, make appointments, and schedule meeting rooms
  • Maintain recurring internal reports such as time and leave records, office equipment listings, correspondence controls, and training plans
  • Post job listings on appropriate websites for job openings and route resumes to site personnel for review
  • Requisition supplies, printing, maintenance, or other services
  • Schedule appointments, arrange travel schedules and reservations, as necessary
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and route to the appropriate personnel
  • Process business licenses for various corporate entities on Sunbiz and current licenses via the State of Florida
  • File VETS4212 reports
