|Technical Support Specialist|
|Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience providing technical support to various management, business and technical activities, preferably within a corporate business organization. Candidate must be energetic, people oriented, active, dependable, punctual, and have excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft, including Excel, and be familiar with various office related machines such as fax, copier, scanner, etc. Must have a valid driver's license. The employer does drug screening, background and reference checks. Candidate will be tested on the following: Power Point Presentation Preparation, Excel Spreadsheet, Document Analysis, Report and Correspondence Writing, Oral Presentation.
Job Responsibilities: Research, analyze, evaluate, process, write, edit, coordinate, manage and report technical data and documentation, and provide technical support. Coordinate face to face, assemble, and summarize data prepared by others; Exercise excellent organizational skills, including scheduling, time management, meeting deadlines, and effective follow-up of open actions; Demonstrate knowledge of technical and business terminology; Revise, write, and proof material for government proposals, procedures reports, manuals, brochures, and related technical and administrative material.
Salary: $15.00 per hour (DOE)
