|Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and possess a CCO license or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years recent diversified experience in the operation of multiple types of mobile cranes to include both friction and hydraulic cranes. Must possess a valid Class A CDL with hazardous material endorsement, pass the OSHA physical requirements, and pass a performance skills test. Must be capable of operating various types of cranes with capacities from 7.5 to 300 tons; operate wreckers, aerial lifts and aircraft ground moving equipment. Must make pre-operational checks, operational checks and post operational checks of the above equipment. Candidate must be capable of rigging various loads ranging from general cargo to multi-million dollar one-of kind flight hardware. Must be capable of handling emergency situations and take corrective actions as required. Must be able to communicate with other individuals and be able to coordinate the equipment necessary to perform hazardous operations as well as provide direction to other crew members. Candidate must be familiar with proof load testing of various equipment rigging and hardware adapters.|
Duties & Responsibilities:Operate friction and hydraulic cranes with capacities from 7.5 to 300 tons and have the ability to rig loads. Support operations as a ground man, understand hand signals, and support with the proper placement of cribbing. Operate various type trucks: wrecker, bucket trucks with a reach of up to 180 feet. Operate semi-tractors with all types of trailers, box trucks, bread vans, and large dually pick-ups with transport trailers. Operate aerial man lifts, Extend-a-Boom forklift w/attachments. Perform forklift operations with capacities from 2-50K. Utilize forklift attachments. Ability to load and secure equipment and cargo for transport, operate aircraft ground moving vehicles. The successful candidate will be required to perform pre-operation checks, operational checks, and post-operational checks on equipment being used and handle various types of loads. Routinely check fluid levels and monitor operating temperatures and pressure, fuel level, cables, tires, and tracks, and general operating condition of equipment. Provide field maintenance and take corrective and emergency actions if required. The candidate may be required to provide guidance and direction to employees in lower classifications. Perform other related duties as required.

|Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience providing technical support to various management, business and technical activities, preferably within a corporate business organization. Candidate must be energetic, people oriented, active, dependable, punctual, and have excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft, including Excel, and be familiar with various office related machines such as fax, copier, scanner, etc. Must have a valid driver's license. The employer does drug screening, background and reference checks. Candidate will be tested on the following: Power Point Presentation Preparation, Excel Spreadsheet, Document Analysis, Report and Correspondence Writing, Oral Presentation.|

Provide support in acquisition, contracting and program/proposal management. Utilize experience, abilities and knowledge in planning and executing Business Development projects to support client or agency mission needs.Provide advice, recommendations, and documentation support for all areas of the acquisition requirements phase. Requirements support includes Statement of Work/Specifications/Requirements Documents; Acquisition Strategy Support; and Market Research and Market SurveysDevelop and capture new business with Federal/State Government and DOD agencies, manage proposal teams, and coordinate activities with corporate managementManage/Prepare responses to Request for Quotes (RFQ’s), Requests for Information (FRI), Request for Proposals (RPF), and combined Synopsis/Solicitations. Assure responses comply with all appropriate solicitation terms and conditions.Ensure compliance with all federal and corporate contracting policies, procedures, regulations and laws.Prepare contractual documents such as non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts and consulting agreements.Analyze solicitation terms and conditions to assess business risks, develop pricing strategy, and proposal costs and staffing requirements.Advise senior management and project managers of contractual obligations and make recommendations on all matters including terms and conditions, scope of work, liabilities, intellectual property rights, insurance, liquidated damages, service levels, pricing matters, disputes, mediations, etc.
