Job Description: Responsible for accomplishing a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of Program Director and Deputy Program Director.
Qualifications: 5+ years experience accomplishing a wide variety of administrative tasks. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills, scheduling, time-management, meeting deadlines. Possess solid computer skills w/proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & adept in learning new software and processes. Prefer person with experience working with Federal contracts &
regulations, Department of Defense officials, their organizations andtheir operating practices.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide support to Program Director and Deputy Program Director
- Have significant contact with senior company management and various external contacts
- Provide administrative support to managers and other assigned staff to include preparation of correspondence, maintenance of files and records, and calendars
- Respond to routine telephone requests which have standard answers; refer calls and visitors to appropriate staff
- As instructed, maintain supervisor's calendar, make appointments, and arrange for meeting rooms
- Review materials for typographical accuracy and proper format prepared for supervisor's approval
- Maintain recurring internal reports, such as time and leave records, office equipment listings, and training plans
- Requisition supplies, printing, maintenance, or other services
- Establishe and maintain office files
- Organize meetings including distributing materials, arranging refreshments, transcribing minutes and making travel arrangements if necessary
- Schedule appointments, arrange travel schedules and reservations
- Prepare reports involving statistical data, tables, and charts
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and phone activities.
- Reconcile credit card account

Job Description: Provide technical support, perform research, and create written summaries of technical data. Must be a self-starter, able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Review, write, and edit material for government proposals, company procedures, and administrative documents.
Qualifications: - 5 years of experience providing technical support in a corporate setting and/or for a government entity
- Strong writing skills
